BER Certificate Naas

We have a rental property in Lakelands in Naas, we are lookin to get a BER cert, the tennants are moving out on 20th January. How long does it take to get a cert? any ideas how much do they cost? Any recommendations ?

We have a rental property in Kill and have just had an energy rating completed. The property is a three bedroom semi, the cost of everything was €225. The guys name who completed the work was Shane
01 443 4373, he was very helpful and showed us ways of improving the rating. (Blocking the chimney, low enery light bulbs and draught sealing)
