I would have thought that this was an unneccessary expense (if you are paying fees on all?), but you are still liable for all government duty/tax associated with laser/atm cards and checks.
If you have overdraft facilities, these are generally charged at €20 per annum (regardless of whether or not you use it).
I don't know if being with a bank for a longer period of time counts for a hell of a lot when looking to borrow (either for a mortgage or something less), banks tend to place more emphasis on your current/future position and the level of security offered.
I would close at least two of the accounts, if not three.
Oh what the hell, close all four and stick your cash under a mattress.
