Its tricky my uncle died intestate closest relative was brother and children of predecesed brother (me being one) administrator is brother ( a beneficiary)and he has instructed a solicitor namely his son who although not a benificiary would not be unbiaised / impartial from where im standing with my siblings. Requested a copy of schedule of assets as grant of administration been processed been refused this also solicitor fees gonna be 5k + which seems a lot
