Beech Hill, Donnybrook

Hi, is anyone living in the Beech Hill estate or have knowledge of it? Is it quiet? It looks very nice. There's blocks of flats to the front that look clean and well maintained, plus the Dublin Bus garage. Is there any issue with either?

I work near there. go up into the estate a couple of times during the week to listen to the news at lunch time and to rest my eyes. never seen anything untoward. Traffic can be a tad heavy in the mornings but you are near enough to the main junction for it to be not a huge issue. the park up the back is used by the Leinster rugby team as a shortcut. (not sure where there coming from or going to)
