Beaupark Apartments

Hi, Does anyone have any information on block 21 in Beaupark. Plans are missing from the Dublin City Council office. Estate agents and developers aren't very helpful either. Overall block plans are available but there is nothing on apartment and rooms sizes. Is it normal to not get any plans(dimensions) when buying. Normally you might be able to work off a show apartment but when there's none available it is difficult to guage the size of individual rooms.

I heard that in most cases, exact plans werent provided until long after the signing of contracts.

if you are buying, payed a deposit etc. you should be able request your solicitor asks for exact plans of your apartment before signing contracts, we requested this before buying out last apartment and the plans were provided ASAP to him once he said we would not be signing without them
