Hi everyone,
Just wondering has anyone got any problems with completion dates on this estate? We are buying on Beauparc Avenue-supposed to be ready in May and they are still giving us the runaround and telling fibs about when we can snag the house.

I'm on Beaupark avenue too and still no word about completion dates either. Are you with Killoe or Menolly? Supposedly if you're Menolly you can phone them and they'll give you a pretty good idea of when things should be ready.
I'm Killoe and they won't give you any information.
Have you looked at the beaupark website? www.beaupark.com
there is one or two threads scattered around about the avenue.

I am with Menolly. I can contact them alright but they just keep lying about completion!
