Beacon Court is a new development in Sandyford. They are offering a selection of apartment types. One type is the work/live apartment where 15% of apartment space can be used for commercial purpose according to planning (this equates to one small bedroom-120 sq feet). This is a new concept. Thinking of buying this as an investment. Would there be a demand for this type of property? I was thinking might be used by professionals e.g accountant, solicitor. Would people like to work and live in the same apartment?
