BBQ - Gas or Charcoal

Yep, a lot of gas barbeques have the coals that heat up similar to an open gas fire. They burn out after a couple of years use but they are replaceable. There are also dual barbeques which can use either gas or charcoal, but these tend to be a bit more expensive
 
You can buy smokey wood chips which you can use with the gas bbq. I have them and they add a fantastic flavor to the foor -- gives it the "authentic" bbq taste
