BBC: World News & Stories app not working

Ok - I clicked on your link and clicked 'listen now' ..... then i got this
I then clicked the back key 3 times (quite fast)and to my surprise it started playing.
I'm using a desktop PC/windows 11.
Tried to repeat this sequence and it worked on the 4th go.
Can't explain why ..... but keep trying with the back key on your browser and u may get lucky.

Wow. I got it to work once but couldn't get it again.
I got it to work 3 times out of 4 .... just keep trying. #persistence.

Each time you click it, you get back to the previous page and click again on Listen Now?

Yes. I didn't have to click 'listen now' a second time. As u discovered u click 'listen now' once ... get the error page .... click 'back' a few times and it will just start playing
Ok - just tried again ......... only needed two quick back clicks this time.
Once u see this at the top of the page .. stop back clicking
The BBC sounds app on my mobile has stopped working, but I still have access to BBC sounds on my Alexa device. I can ask it to play a particular show and it will play. Perhaps, that might be an idea for people? Just checked it there and said 'Ask BBC sounds to play The Today Programme' and today's episode started to play. Of course, perhaps my BBC sounds access will soon disappear on my Alexa.
I came across this information online... seems strange not to consider Radio 4 Extra along with Radio 4 as it is not music focused:
