definetely recommend heading north. Sister is just after kitting out her self-build & saved a thousand+ on sanitary ware, & that was comparing like for like. In her case, the savings were made with only 1 bath, 2 showers, 3 toilets & 3 sinks! She purchased in Enniskillen.
