I have a two-bed apartment rented out. It has materialised that there is a leak from the en-suite down into the first floor apartment below. I have made contact with the management company to establish what the position is in terms of block insurance, and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
Has anyone had a similar experience? The tradesperson who called to the first floor apartment thinks that a seal might have perished. The apartment block is about 5 years old.
Any advice or suggestions appreciated...
