Hi all,
Just wondering what is your experience with banks passing on ECB rate cuts on variable rate mortgages on investment properties. Are most passing on the full rate cuts to date?
I took option to fix my variable rate mortgage for 2 years @ 5.090% and this will expire next May. Obviously rates have been falling sharply recently and I'm wondering how people who stayed on a variable rate are faring out. I'm with BOI and it will be interesting to see what variable rate they offer me when this fixed rate period expires.
