Looking for some advice. How do I go about financing the purchase of a house with shop attached? Would ithis property be financed as a residential mortgage or a commercial loan? Are the banks starting to lend again and if so is there a specific bank you would recommend for this type of borrowing. Also, any idea what percentage would they loan? (We have a property we can put up for security)
