Hi - does anyone know how Banks respond to their obligations under the Data Protection Act - ie if you request information they hold on you what do they respond with - your files ? - their commercial decisions ? - emails between staff - deliberations on loan applications etc ?
Or do they hide behind some clause in order not to provide this information as they do in standard letters indicating 'Bank Policy'
