Bankrupt -1st time buyers

Does anyone know if a person who has been discharged from bankruptcy, and who previously availed of the first time buyers grant.

Would they be eligible to receive the first time buyers grant again ? The logic being that their slate was wiped clean during bankruptcy and they lost their previous home.

There isn't a first time buyers' grant. Do you mean the Help to Buy (HTB) incentive? If so, I doubt it, as your Revenue file will probably include a flag indicating that you have previously availed of the grant scheme.
