Bank of Scotland Tracker mortgages transfered to Pepper Finances

Just got a letter in the post saying this.

Any thoughts anyone? I've never even heard of pepper a week ago. Would love feedback.

They’re fine. They’ve administered my Danske Bank tracker for years and have been good to deal with, albeit we’ve pretty limited interaction.

BOS mortgages are being transferred to Pepper Finance Corporation who are holding the mortgages in trust for Erimon Home Loans Ireland limited, which is a subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC.

if you keep your mortgage payments up to date then everything will continue as normal. Pepper have built up a good reputation.

Up till now, BOS have not provided any "discount" for early settlement of "tracker" mortgages". it will be interesting to see if Barclays will offer any such "discounts" as funding tracker mortgages is expensive.
