Apologies if this is in the wrong thread, but it could be in banking, cars/ motors, ask about business etc.
I have just been told that BOS are in dispute with the revenue over vat collection. This is having an effect on the monthly repayments on their commercial leases. ie o% now being charged.
As a result of this dispute, if your lease finishes (presumably in the short term - but no confirmation of this), BOS wont pass the asset transfer documentation on to their client.
Am I correct in concluding that you would be unable to sell the vehicle on, as the leasee will not own it. (even though all the repayments have been made) ?
