As said in my other post, we signed the contracts Tues morning and the letter of offer too the same time, sent it off Tuesday. The solicitor has already requested drawdown of the loan, does this mean we will be stopped? or will our application be accepted. Our letter of offer (our 5th one infact from BOS) was delayed comming by 2 weeks and we only recieved a faxed copy that we had to sign Monday Evening. Signed it Tues Morning. But was told nothing about this Tuesday morning Deadline, We could have signed it Monday and had it in by deadline if informed???
We we told by Solicitor we can get the mortgage just that the rates will change by.5% to a tracker. Really would think BOS would stand over letters of offer they faxed to us the night before the change????
