After submitting all documents from my side they landed the money in 33 days in builders account (this included the document validation). I had explained EBS the entire scenario and they helped me big time on priority.
On your second question.. EBS asked some spe ific to be sent? - No they didn't ask for homebond or any indemnity letter but still my solicitor said let's provide the structural indemnity letter so we did provide that.. But it wasn't asked by EBS. Before starting the application with EBS I had informed that I don't have homebond so will that work and they said yes that's fine. So get the clarification upfront so that you are clear from your side. Hope thís helps. All the best.
