I am looking for a loan from a bank for €1 - €1.1million for land purchase. i know there are a lot of obstacles to get over before i get the loan but i was wondering what would the repayments be like over 20 years? and at what interest rate? i have checked on all the banks websits and they only have mortgage calculators. thanks.
 
Have you tried plugging your figures into the mortgage loan calculators? This will give you a rough indication of what your repayments are likely to be.
 
At that level use a rate of 4% - you won't be to far out..................... would work out about E6k per month over 20 years on E1m loan.............
