Hi,
I have recently closed my funds account in one of the banks in Ireland and signed all the documents to redeem the funds to my current account in that bank. Bank promised to redeem them in 3-5 working days but failed to do that. Later when I called them after a week they said one of their employees made a mistake in redeeming the funds and it would take another week to get the funds credited to my account.
I was planning to pay a deposit for something with those funds but now its going to be delayed. What's my position here can I ask the bank to provide me a loan for a week or so with reduced interest or something for the deposit?
