Bank Draft: Made out now not being sent

I have a bank draft, made out to a company.

I'm not purchasing the product. Presume I can just go back to the bank and get it lodged into my account?

Is there any complications to this?

Ya you can - they might charge you the fee of the bankdraft though.

My mother took a draft back to the bank in question (she had got the name of the recipient very wrong) and got reimbursed. She had to produce the stub she was given with it to begin with.
