HI,my decking needs replacing and i suspect its frame is screwed into balcony floor.
The management company insist that i get a registered/insured company to do the job but i feel if its screwed to the balcony(structure)then as they are responsible for the structure then this should be looked after by them.
They say they do not look after the decking ,however the way i see it is if the decking is screwed to the structure( which in return they say i have to use registered business) then they should be looking after it as they cant have it both ways ie they either deal with structure issue or they dont and if they dont they should not be insisting on me using registered companies.
