I used to own one of them in Balbriggan until I sold earlier this month to move abroad. They are cheaper than the standard 3 bed semi due to the fact that they are apartments and instead of just having a neighbour to the side of you, there is a neighbour on top as well. I remember buying two years ago and they were about 30,000 cheaper than the average 3 bed semi and I think that 30,000 price difference is still there. However some of the floor spaces are bigger than many traditional 3 beds. If you are thinking of buying one, you can PM me to know more about the pros and cons.
