Backing up emails

Hello
Can you tell me what folder and path windows stores emails into for both outlook and outlook express, I'm looking to do an online backup which allows you pick individual files/folders for backingup, also the path for my address book

For OE. Go to Tools/Options/Maintenance. Click on Store folder, this is where the various folders are stored. If you go into Explorer then you should be able to navigate there. Depending on your backup application you should be able to select folders to backup
