Does anyone know of a case where the requirement for a course to be your first postgrad is waived for a person who has acquired a disability since doing that first postgrad?
Eg: person did postgrad for specific professional qualification, acquired a disability and can no longer work in that profession. Could there be a case made for BTEA for another postgraduate course? Fees were paid privately for first postgrad pre-disability.
