Hi all ,
At the beginning of November my wifes work hours where cut back to 2 days a week , Fri-Sat ,or Sat-Sun , today we where speaking to someone else at her workplace who said they had signed on their stamps and where recieving 27 euro / day when not working.
My wife would have a full stamp for last year.
The problem is she will probably be going back to a 4 day week in 2 weeks time ,so ,is it possible to back date the payments , there is a full record of her hours at work.
She has had a bad experience trying to sign on a few years ago so i want to know is she is entitled to a payment before we go in ....Thanks
