My local B&Q is selling 60x60cm beige polished porcelain tiles at about €9 per box at present. I'm looking for approx. 21 sq mt of floor tiles for a new kitchen extension and was considering these. The price seems attractive. Has anyone got any feedback on using these tiles, e.g. stain problems, sealing requirements, special adhesive/grout, etc.? Would I be better off getting a sealed tile - or avoiding porcelain altogether? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
