Irish Life Health Aviva health Claims

I want to go ahead and claim back GP fees etc. that i am entitled to under my Aviva health plan.

How long does it take Aviva to send out the amount due entitled to me

Also, i don't have most of my GP receipts but the GP office will print out a statement of all visits/costs etc. Will this suffice ?

Anyone ? timeframe that Aviva settle (1 week, 1 month etc.)
