Any feedback on the Aviva Global Smaller Companies (Small Cap) Equity? The fund launch date was September 2021. YTD the fund return is +7.49%, FY2023 +6.28%, FY2022 -34.38%....

Small Cap Index (USD) benchmark before charges.

The passive MSCI World Small Cap index has a three year return of +12.48 and a five year of +51.59%. The Aviva fund is, what, -23% for the three year return with likely higher fees? The fund is failing it's stated objective of beating the passive index.
