I am work for a sponsered body that has a DB pension scheme.
I would like to take out a PRSA / AVC to maybe retire a few years early or have extra cash when I retire.
I am using the term PRSA/ AVC interchangably, are they the same thing?
I am thinking of taking out an execution only AVC through a broker.
In relation to the investment funds available, I was hoping to invest some of the money in an Index tracker ETF but there don't seem to be any of those open to AVCs.
Is this correct?
Who are the players available through an exec only broker, apart from Eagle star?
