Does a company scupper its possible entitlement to Audit Exempt status if its first annual return (to which no accounts are required to be attached) is late for filing with the CRO ?
The requirement for the previous annual return to have been returned on time refers specifically to a return to which accounts were required to be attached (which obviously excludes the initial 6-month return).
