Attic Conversion

I rang up two of the three people they gave as references, couldn't get in contact with one, and they said they did a great job. Just wondering if anyone here had used them. Quote is e18,000 for 13 x 13 attic room. Near the top end of most of the quotes, but not the dearest. That price includes Cert of Compliance.
