Has anyone ordered from atlanticink.com recently?

I sent an order 10 days ago. No reply. Have emailed them. They don't provide a fixed line number. Only SMS.

I ordered an ink cartridge from them Wednesday last week. I still haven't received it. I keep meaning to ring them up, but haven't got around to it yet. They don't seem to have charged my credit card either, though I did get a confirmation email after I submitted my order.

Same here Rory. Got a confirmation email but no charge no credot card. Have emailed them and sent an SMS. No replies.
