Hi, I have searched but cant find information on this.
The question is,If a worker was to go abroad for a number of years (USA),with their company on a assignment,what are the tax implications.
Some questions I have are;
Do you pay the tax levels in the country you are going too or do you pay the Irish level of tax?
How does it affect your PRSI? PAYE /USC?
How does it affect your pension?
What happens with Children's allowance?
How does it affect your social welfare?
Do you pay any tax in Ireland?
Do you pay "realtor" tax/property tax in the country you move to?
What about rental of your Irish home,how do you pay income tax on that?
Any other information would be appreciated.
Or is there a specific website dealing with this kind of thing.
I think there are a lot of people hoping to leave the country for a few years /forever so hope that we can get some answers to these questions.
