Hi Brendan. For the last few weeks I’ve continuously got “your IP address has been banned” when on Aer Lingus flights using the standard Wi-Fi. Just wondering if this can be fixed. I can give you the public IP address when logged on if that helps thanks

The IP address you sent me is not banned.

If Cloudflare banned it, you wouldn't have even accessed the site.

It's probably something to do with the way Aer Lingus accesses the internet.

We are still working on it.

It is not being blocked by IP address.
It is not being blocked by Cloud Flare.

So we are at a bit of a loss as to why Aer Lingus wifi in particular would be blocked.

We have many anti-spam measures and one of them doesn't like it but we can't figure out which one.
