I'm back to my Country,
I worked for 2years and 7months in Ireland (until the end Jul 2010). Can I ask for unemployment?
Thanks

Assuming that your question is whether you can claim Unemployment Benefit from abroad, the answer is no. You have to be living in the country (and looking/be available for work in the same country). But your stamps here may count towards claims in your own country depending on whether it is in the EU or not - Note I am not sure of this point.

Hi mickthompson

As the previous poster said, no you cannot. However if you have paid tax you should be able to claim a tax rebate.
