Hi All,
I am renovation an ex Dublin corporation, 2 bed, mid terraced house built in the late 50`s early 60’s
I am concerned that there could be asbestos used in materials in the house purely because of its age.
There are vinyl tiles in the kitchen that I want to take up & I have reason to believe they are quite old. Also I want to remove a solid 2” thick fibrous cement sheet attached to inner sides of the external walls under the plaster, which seem to be a form of insulation.
Are these materials likely to contain asbestos?
Thanks
