I think there was an article in the Tribune recently about 2 guys who had come up with some mad new idea for huge fast broadband access that they claimed would be easy to roll out....and I can't remember the detail of it....its still very much in test the article made out...does that ring any bells with anyone...tried google but not really sure of the name to search on
