ARM bond from Catalyst Investments

Saw an ad in the sunday papers for this :
From reading the website, it seems to be investing in life policies or buying up life policies and then paying the premium until the insured dies and collecting the cash. The returns they quote seem high (44% for a 5 year bond or 101% for 7years)
Does anyone have an experience in this sort of investment or with this company ?

A Google search for "Catalyst Investment Group" and "scam" throws up a few links that would give me pause for thought or at least further investigation of the company.

TEPs are a popular investment in the UK - that is what these people are doing they buy up endowment policies, it sounds like a good investment tactic, I know nothing of the specific company though so cannot comment on whether or not it could be a scam...
