Arena Court Tallaght v's City Park, City West

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to get peoples opinions on which of the above 2 developments would be the better investment. They are both due to be launching in the next few months.

Arena Court is right on the Tallaght Bypass and within walking distance of the Luas. City Park is being built between the new shopping centre and existing Carrigmore estate and Luas will be there but not until 2009.

If we do buy either, we would probably be looking to trade up in 3 years or so time so if we bought City West, Luas should be there by that stage.

I would think they both weigh up fairly the same, although if you want to find out more maybe check www.sdcc.ie for the Development plan of the Tallaght area.

Thanks for that Marie..I've been taking a look at that site and the plans for the development of the Town Centre 2004-2010. Very helpful.
