The Organisation of Working time act 1997 has pretty much made the entitlements for part time staff the same as that for full time staff.

If you mean what daily rest breaks she is entitled to, then she's not entitled to any I'm afraid. An employee must not work more than 4.5 hours without a 15 minute break. She works less than 4.5 hours per day.
