If a house goes on fire and is destroyed are the following items covered under the buildings insurance or the contents insurance.
Fireplaces.
Kitchen fittings.
Sanitary Ware plus taps.
Built in Wardrobes.
Internal Doors plus Architraves.
Windows plus fittings.
Attic Insulation.
Staircase.
Coving.
Water cylinder plus immersion heater.

Anything else that I might not have thought of. I feel I need to maybe increase one and decrease the other.

All buildings, anything you cannot take with you easily (not talking about ripping off skirtings etc) if you move is buildings.

If you turn the house upside down anything that would fall are contents. All your list is building. The only other items are carpets and click laminate (beaded in, if skirted it is generally buildings)
