Just something I would like some feedback on. I cover a lot of distance going to and from work every day in the north Dublin city and county area and the same for sale signs seem to be in front of the same houses for months. At least two houses that I pass by every day have been for sale since August. Two houses in my area have been for sale for nearly a year and no, they are not "in need of renovation" and could be described as being in walk in condition.
Therefore it follows that houses are taking longer to sell, doesnt it? If that is the case do vendors drop the price if a house has not sold for a few months?
