Yes. The agency is their employer for the purposes of the various holidays acts. The ultimate company is the employer for the purposes of the Unfair Dismissals Act

So are they entiltled to same as a permanent worker ie 1.66 days for each month workedm thanks

Yes, The Organisation of Working Time Act provides for a basic annual leave entitlement for all employees including agency workers.
