Hi,

I've been lately considering to open a business in Clonee Village. May I get your ideas of investing in Clonee, after FB Data Center. etc? Might it be a good option? Do you know anything about further investments on the area?

PS. I know direct buses to town will be lost with the New Bus Connect Plan, and Dunboyne Train Station is a bit far...
