Does this not defeat the purpose of doing one? I know it's probably for a job and you want to do as well as possible which is fair enough but isn't the fact that you can practise them defeating the purpose of having to do one - from a company's point of view??
Nope. Its called being prepared and giving yourself every possible advantage. If I was an employer I'd be more likely to hire the person who actually practised some aptitude tests rather than someone who didn't bother
