Hi,
due to financial circumstances, I am forced to take my 2 third-level students off medical insurance and apply for medical cards for them. Part of the application is that they identify a doctor who will accept them, at a cost of €65 each.
Surely this can't be true. We have been lucky in that they both have been healthy and have not needed a family doctor .
Every time I deal with a state bureaucracy, it seems that somewhere in the process there is a little "social welfare" for the professional class.
thanks in advance, apologies if this has been covered elsewhere,
