I did a bit of housekeeping on Saturday and deleted all users with no posts who had not visited Askaboutmoney in the last two years.

But I made a mess of it and deleted a lot of active users.

We have now restored everything from the back-up on Saturday at 2 am, so if you have contributed to these threads, we have lost your post. Sorry about that.

From the Posting Guidelines, you will see that is not allowed. Post any question you might have in the public forum. You may even get a response from that particular individual, but depending on the query, many others may be able to help also.

Once you are here long enough, and with enough posts, you will be able to use private messaging to contact other posters. But even them, such direct questions to individual posters are not encouraged, and any that might be construed as advertising may result in a permanent ban.
