I am preparing to buy an apartment within the next 6 months and I noticed that several of you have mentioned in various threads that banks are now requiring 20% deposits for apartments - particularly 1 beds and in Dublin for first time buyers.
In searching the internet and various bank's websites I haven't come across anything that says that so was just hoping for a bit more background information - is it only particular areas, particular banks etc etc.
